Privacy Policy

Information we collect

RW Strategy Services collects information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, optional business name, selected inquiry purpose, and full inquiry details. For the Vacation Rental Financial Checkup signup, we collect your name, email address, explicit marketing consent, the consent wording and version, and signup and consent dates. We also retain an unsubscribe status and a protected unsubscribe reference. These records are stored privately in Lovable Cloud; they are not publicly readable.

Appointment requests

We store your name, email, required phone number, optional business and topic, preferred time, appointment status, Outlook event reference, and a protected management reference privately. Rebecca uses the supplied phone number to call you for the 20-minute introductory conversation. Your contact details, including your phone number, are included in Rebecca’s private Outlook appointment and booking notification emails to RW’s inbox, and preserved when rescheduling. They are never shown in public availability. A private link lets you cancel or change your appointment. Booking does not imply marketing or SMS consent, and no automatic texts are sent. Booking and inquiries do not require marketing consent. We check Outlook availability and create a private calendar event only when confirmation can be verified. Otherwise the time remains an unconfirmed request. No attendee invitation or automatic confirmation email to the visitor is sent.

Full inquiries are emailed only to contact@rwstrategyservices.com from RW’s authorized Outlook account, with your email address as the reply address. Delivery attempts and status are retained to prevent duplicate notifications. An email accepted by Outlook is not proof that it reached the inbox.

Checklist signup and marketing consent

Checklist signup is independent of a service inquiry and requires an unchecked consent box to be selected for occasional RW Strategy Services tips and service updates. The checklist is available immediately after your signup is saved. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. No marketing delivery service is currently connected.

You can stop marketing tips and updates through the private unsubscribe link shown after a new signup, or request removal by emailing contact@rwstrategyservices.com from the subscribed address. We retain your unsubscribe status to honor the request; duplicate signups do not reactivate an unsubscribed address. Unsubscribing does not prevent replies to service inquiries.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your message;
• evaluate a potential engagement;
• provide the services you request;
• maintain ordinary business records; and
• protect the security and proper operation of this website.

Client reviews

We privately store your name, email, optional business name, service received, optional rating, written review, public-display choice, consent wording and version, and submission date. Reviews start as pending and are never automatically published. Only approved reviews with recorded public-display permission may show your name, supplied business name, service, rating, and review. Your email stays private. Reviews received elsewhere require recorded permission before public display. Submitting a review does not subscribe you to marketing, and no automatic client emails are sent. Contact RW to request a correction or withdraw public-display permission.

To prevent review spam, we store a protected, non-readable hash of the submission’s network address with the review, not the raw address. Submission limits may be shared by people using the same network. Owner approval decisions and permission records remain private.

Sharing

RW Strategy Services does not sell personal information. We may rely on service providers necessary to operate this website and deliver email, and they may process your information only to provide those services on our behalf. Lovable Cloud stores private inquiries, appointments, and signup records. Our business email remains hosted with Outlook, which sends inquiry notifications and holds private appointment events. Calendar availability responses are not made public, and attendee details are not returned through the website.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required for business and record-keeping needs. Marketing consent and unsubscribe records are retained as reasonably necessary to honor your choices. You may request removal of your signup information by email.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
